The separate bedroom has a box spring bed (180 cm width), armchair, and TV; the entrance hall comes with a large wardrobe, iron & ironing board. The modern bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the basement. A weekly cleaning service (including the change of bed sheets & towels) is available upon request for €66 per week. For longer rentals, a private mailbox is available upon request. The Messe/Deutz long-distance train station is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment building and offers both long-distance connections to destinations in Germany and abroad as well as many regional connections.
