Jahnstraße, Köln 1

Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the Cologne City Centre! Our flat is located very central in the Altstadt Süd. From here you are in walking distance to Cologne's sights, shopping, bars and restaurants. If you are visiting the Cologne Fair, within walking distance you can catch the tram No. 9 and will be at the Messe Deutz after only four stops. You will have a bright room with a double bed (1,80 x 2,00 metres), a small desk and a small wardrobe all to yourself. The apartment has 90 sqm in total and you will share the flat with other tenant/s, but will have your own room of 17 sqm to yourself. Bed linen, towels, shampoo, coffee and tea will be provided. Highspeed WIFI is included. The apartment is located in the Altstadt Süd. It is a popular, centrally located district, close to the Zülpicher Platz. The area offers a very good infrastructure with many shops for every need, varied gastronomy, bars and nightlife: 150 metres to Rewe City supermarket (open till 24:00 hrs) 130 metres to bakery Back Werk (open also on Sundays and holidays). In walking distance you have very good connections to public transport: 130 metres to the tram lines 9, 12 and 15 "Zülpicher Platz" 350 metres to the tram lines 16 and 18 "Barbarossaplatz" 600 metres to the Regionalbahn "Bahnhof Süd". Please note that though the room has a big bed, I will only accept bookings from single persons. The apartment, though big, would be too crowded for three people, considering that I'm living there also. You may have friends over for a couple of hours with prior letting me know, but no over night guests allowed. PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING FOR THE ROOM: Please write something about yourself. What is the purpose of your visit in Cologne? Provide me with your full name, address, add an ID, visa, confirmation of employment or of enrollment in Uni. Requests without such information will not be answered.
