Our 42 sqm Suites XL with terrace and courtyard view for stays over 28 nights are furnished to our highest modern standards. The Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m) including a modern smart TV, and your own modern bathroom with shower, so you can feel right at home. A special highlight, however, is your own little terrace, where you can unwind after a long day. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in the built-in washing machine. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us in just one room.Thanks to our electronic access system via a keypad at the entrance of the house as well as at your apartment door, you can check in with us at any time after 3 pm - regardless of the opening hours of a reception or arrangements with the landlord. You will receive the access codes by e-mail on the day of arrival. Please note: to receive your personal access code, you must complete our online check-in. The historic district is known for its famous sights, which were rebuilt especially after the Second World War. Besides the nationally known Semper Opera, where classical operas and ballets are performed, the surrounding area is especially captivating with traditional German restaurants and beer cellars. Around the dome of the Frauenkirche runs an observation deck, which provides breathtaking views of the city life. Still in the same building of your limehome is a supermarket and various restaurants. The underground car park Altmarkt-Galerie is located exactly on the opposite side of the street and thus promises a pleasant journey. The streetcar station Dresden Webergasse also provides an excellent connection for all excursions that are not within walking distance.
