The building, a renovated Washhouse of the most magnificent building on the famous Karl Marx Allee (Block C-Sued), is situated on a huge park-like estate. The lush garden is shielded from the hustle and bustle of the city by the surrounding architecture and with its large old trees provides a uniquely idyllic retreat after an exciting day in the city. The building has been designed as a low-energy building and constructed according to the highest ecological standards. Premium quality materials and details, such as solid oak flooring, oak windows with triple glazing and clay plastered interior walls provide a healthy living environment and a comfortable atmosphere.
