The house is nestled in a splendid courtyard, planted with trees, sunny and quiet. It is arranged as follows: on the ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom (sink, toilet). Upstairs, a landing leads to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people thanks to 3 double beds. One of the rooms has a main double bed and a second double bed on the mezzanine. For the other room, the sleeping area is also on the mezzanine (accessible by a comfortable staircase).Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided and your bed is made on arrival.The house is fully furnished and equipped so that you only have to put your suitcases down. It has in particular: Nespresso coffee maker, wifi connection, Italian shower, TV, washing machine, dishwasher.In the heart of downtown Rennes, you are 2 minutes from Place des Lices and its Saturday morning market and 6 minutes from Place Saint Anne.
