This apartment located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium is in perfect condition. It is bright and very quiet.- The main room has a sofa bed (2 persons), a table to take your meals- An equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, hood, etc.)- An independent bedroom with a double bed, many cupboards- A bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.- The windows have double glazing and overlook a small garden.Any arrival / departure between 8pm and 8 am will be charged 50 Euros.Any arrival / departure on Sunday or public Holiday will be charged 50 Euros.Any arrival / departure on December 25th or January 1st will be charged 150 eurosThose fees will be due at check in or check out.There is no cleaning fee but you are supposed to leave the apartment cleaned. Numerous bars and restaurants help to create a beautiful neighbourhood atmosphere. You will be a few minutes on foot from the Basilica of the Sacred Heart but you can also walk to the Clichy district where there are many concert halls and parties.
