L'Instant Nantais can comfortably accommodate 3 travelers.This apartment of 38 m² is located on the second floor with elevator of a well maintained condominium. Entirely renovated and decorated with care, it is perfectly equipped and you will only have to put down your suitcases to enjoy your stay. It is composed of : -a beautiful living room with a kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your meals : fridge-freezer, induction hob, multi-function oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils. -a living room area with a sofa-bed for 1 person, a flat screen television and an internet connection. -a cosy bedroom with a large cupboard with wardrobe and storage space for your belongings and a small desk. The double bed is 140X190. -a pretty shower room with WC, shower and towel rail.-a parking space in the basement (beware that t is suitable for a small size car). If you have a car, you can use the covered parking of the building (attention, SUV and 4X4 cars are difficult to enter). The apartment is also very well served by public transport (bus C1,C3 and 23 stop "Lamoricière") which will take you directly to the hyper centre (in less than 5 minutes). We all have a good reason to join the centre : whether it is to stroll and shop in the Passage Pommeraye or to discover the tourist sites of the city such as the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, the Lieu Unique and so many others...To reach the train station, take the bus C2 stop "Cirque-marais" (about 10 minutes drive).Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
