Entirely renovated in 2018 and perfectly equipped, this 41 m² ground floor apartment can comfortably accommodate four passengers. Note that this dwelling is eligible for the mobility lease.On the third floor of the building (no lift), the apartment is very bright. The fitted and equipped kitchen will allow you to concoct your favourite dishes: fridge with freezer space, oven, 3 burner induction hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine as well as many kitchen utensils. To relax, the living room area offers : wifi (fiber), TV and many books... The sofa is convertible (140X200) and has everything you need for 2 people. Your nights will be sweet in this brand new double bed (160X200) which will be made at your arrival. The bathroom has a beautiful Italian shower, toilet and hair dryer. For your laundry, you can use the washing machine, the drying rack as well as the iron and ironing board.The Cocoonr Agency The Azulejo accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.Neighbourhood and transport Located near the superb Parc de Procé, you can enjoy the century-old trees and the pretty river that runs through the park, the Chézine. Several shops are available: grocery store, bakery, wine shop, restaurants... And if you feel like it, a beauty salon with hammam is in the street...To get to the town centre, you just have to take the bus C6 stop "Doumer" to the stop "Saint Nicolas" (about 15 min of journey). You will be able to discover the main monuments of Nantes: the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, the Cathedral, the Passage Pommeraye, the Place Royale and Graslin ect... You can also opt for self-service bicycles, the "Bicloos", a station is only 3 min away from the apartment. To the airport, a dedicated shuttle bus leaves from the city centre, stop "Commerce".
