The Space: This bright ground-floor flat sits in a quiet, gated residence in the Quinze Sols neighbourhood of Blagnac, on the western edge of Toulouse. Designed for comfort, it welcomes up to five guests across two bedrooms. The living and dining area features a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and an HD smart TV connected to fibre Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine, along with cookware and utensils for home-cooked meals. The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom offers three single beds (90 cm) with storage, ideal for children or colleagues sharing. The spacious bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a stylish basin and shelving. A private terrace extends the living space outdoors, perfect for morning coffee or an evening aperitif. Free on-street parking is available directly in front of the building. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire flat for the duration of your stay. Check-in is self-service from 5 pm, using a key lockbox — full instructions are sent before arrival. Free on-street parking is available right in front of the building, with spaces consistently available. A welcome kit with soap, toilet paper and washing-up liquid is provided for your first night. Interaction with Guests: The (hidden) team is available every day from 10 am to 7 pm to answer your questions by message or phone. Outside these hours, an emergency number is provided in case of urgent issues (heating failure, water leak, lockout). We do not offer in-person services during the stay, but we are always responsive and happy to share local recommendations for restaurants, activities or transport. The Neighborhood: Le Quinze Sols is a peaceful residential area in Blagnac, just west of Toulouse. The neighbourhood sits beside the Quinze Sols nature reserve, a 30-hectare green space along the Garonne river ideal for walking, jogging or birdwatching. Daily conveniences are within easy reach: a Carrefour supermarket and bakeries are less than five minutes away by car. The centre of Blagnac, with its market hall, restaurants and shops, is a short drive or bus ride away. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is roughly 10 minutes by car, making this flat particularly convenient for travellers with early or late flights. The tramway T1 (Aéroport station) connects to the Toulouse metro network in about 20 minutes, giving direct access to the city centre, Capitole and the main train station Matabiau. Getting Around: The flat is well connected to central Toulouse despite its calm suburban setting. The tramway T1 stops at Aéroport, reachable in about 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus (line 66). From there, the T1 connects to the metro line A at Arènes in approximately 20 minutes. By car, the A621 motorway provides quick access to the Toulouse ring road and the city centre. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is roughly 3 km away, a 10-minute drive without traffic. For day trips, the Cité de l'Espace is 30 minutes by car, and the medieval city of Carcassonne is about one hour via the A61. The Pyrenees ski resorts are reachable in under two hours. The flat is registered with the city of Blagnac and complies with all local regulations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am out of respect for neighbours. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The building is in a flight path near Toulouse-Blagnac airport; occasional aircraft noise is possible, though double glazing reduces it significantly.
