Welcome to my modern, WORK and TRAVEL STUDIO! The studio is located in the third district with many shops and Parks only a 1-minute walk from the metro station. You live in a studio apartment with direct access from the street and reach the center of Vienna in less than 10 minutes. From here you can perfectly explore the city! The apartment has a double bed that can sleep 2 people; There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the studio for relaxing or for additional guests. Have fun in Vienna!1. Not far away is the well-known Hundertwasser House, which invites you to take pictures and be amazed with its colorful, expressionistic overall concept.A 2 minute walk is the Landstrasse with many shops and restaurants, one of my favorite restaurants is the Lucullus, which not only impresses with its cozy outdoor dining area in the warm season.The Belevedere Palace Park with its botanical garden is also within walking distance.The metro station U3 is 1 minute away from the studio and brings you to the center of Vienna within a few minutes.
