One-time deferral until Semester 1, 2026 (same rate, but later cancellation requires 4-week termination payment).

Cancel with a 4-week termination payment.

No Visa, No Offer, No Pay: Students can cancel without charge if visa is refused or university entry is declined.

Cancellation request must be submitted ≥21 days before lease start.
