A non-refundable security deposit of GBP 150 is required, which becomes non-refundable after 48 hours.
This deposit secures your room and will be held in the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). If eligible, it will be refunded at the end of your tenancy.
Installment Plan:
The property offers three payment options:
Full Payment – Pay the entire amount upfront.
Termly Installments – Payments are divided across academic terms.
Monthly Installments – Available only with a UK-based guarantor.
Guarantor Requirements:
Monthly Installments – A UK-based guarantor is mandatory at the time of booking.
Termly Installments – Requires either a UK or an international guarantor.
Full Payment – No guarantor is needed.
Mode of Payments:-
Payments can be made via Credit/Debit Card or Online Transfer.
With all bookings we allow a 2-day cooling off period from booking conformation. If you cancel within 2 days the full deposit will be refunded. After the 2 days a cancellation fee will be applied.
After booking and the expiry of the 2 days, the only way to release yourself from the Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreement is to find a replacement tenant who will take on the full liability for payment of the Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreement.

To secure your accommodation, you’ll need to pay a 2 Weeks Advanced License Fee at the point of booking. This fee covers you for your first two weeks' stay with us and is deducted from the total amount due.
