Six (6) Weeks Bond – 2 Bedroom Apartment, Studio Queen, Studio Deluxe and Studio Accessible
Four (4) Weeks Bond – Twin Share Studio
Two (2) Weeks Bond – Private Bedroom in an 8 Bedroom Apartment, Studio Shared Kitchen
To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay 2 weeks advance rent and a bond of 4 weeks rent bond amount depending on the room type chosen.
The 2 weeks advanced rent will go towards the initial rent payment, this payment is non-refundable. The bond on the other hand will have to be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA), this money may be refunded at the end of the lease, subject to deductions for damage to the room.
Y Suites on Waymouth does not have an on-site carpark, but you may park at the carpark situated at 20 Playhouse Lane, Adelaide SA 5000 which is less than a minute walk away to our property.
We will require your passport, certification of enrolment and student visa for check in.
Our properties are designated as non-smoking properties. Smoking can be done outside of our buildings away from entrances.
For Y Suites City Gardens, a guarantor is not required.
