3. Imperial College London

UCL was one of the earliest public universities in the UK to accept students regardless of ethnicity, race, or faith. The first to admit women on equal terms with men, adopting Jeremy Bentham’s educational philosophy, the “spiritual founder.”

The main campus of UCL is in the Bloomsbury district of central London.
