Large 25square meter studio within a 4 star residence, very bright thanks to its floor to ceiling windows, giving you a peaceful and quiet environment with a garden view. The flat was recently refurbished and is divided in a sleeping area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with dining space and a separated bathroom with bathtub OR shower, wardrobe, satellite TV, AC and wifi.The cleaning is included and is done twice a week, beside many other services not listed here, we also propose to cater breakfast, the reception is open available 7/7 from 7:00am to 9:00pm, and the residence is equipped with CCTV 24/24.During your stay, you will also have access to our Gym, our garden, relaxation room and business corner, and our conciergerie will gladly help you with any request, to ensure your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Being right in the city center, you will easily walk around the city, or take the Tramway which stops only meters away from the Residence; we can also help you to arrange electric bicycle or kick bikes to discover the city in a funny and ludic way. The car park with whom with work is located in the same street as the Residence, 100meters away, and is secured and private. Moreover, if you decided to travel by train, the Main Station is 5 minutes walking distance from where we are, if you need help with the luggages, call us and we will be there. The proximity of the station allows you go away for the day, to cities like Cannes or Monaco, which are less than 30 minutes away by train, or go a little further to Italy, which will take about 1 hour. Finally the airport being very close to the city center, you can access it using the tramway or by car.
