Deposit: 2 months of rent to confirm booking (refundable at the end of tenancy).
Installment Plan: Monthly or else full payment.
Guarantor:
-Professionals: A guarantor is required if the member is not on a permanent contract and does not earn 3 times the rental amount.
-French students: A guarantor is required and must earn 3 times the rental amount. You have the possibility to have a moral guarantor via the company Garantme.
-International students: A guarantor is not required. Without a confirmed guarantor, the student must pay a deposit equivalent to two additional month's rents as well as three month's rents in advance. International students without guarantors are also required to pay €20 in e-management fees per month.

Cancellation Policy
Any modification of your reservation or cancellation might result in fees as follow:
·Within the 30 days before the arrival date :
Up to 7 days after the reception of the housing contract: no fees
More than 7 days after the reception of the housing contract: full reimbursement except 50% of the administrative fees
·Between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date : 100% of the administrative fees
·Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date : 100% of the administrative fees and half of the 1st month rent
·Cancellation less than one week before the arrival date : 100% of the administrative fees and the 1st month rent
Any cancellation linked to a visa refusal has to be written and with a refusal proof and may result in fees as follow:
·Up to 15 days before the arrival date : no fees
·Between 15 days and the arrival date : 100% of the administrative fees
·After arrival date : 100% of the administrative fees and the 1st month rent
Frequent Asked Question (FAQ's)
How much is the booking fee?
For stays of 6 months or more, the booking fee is 4.5% of the annual rent.
For stays of between 1 and 6 months, the booking fee is 2.25% of the annual rent.
Looking for a short stay?
We do offer short stay with a minimum of 2 nights (around 60€/night). But please have a word with us regarding the same.
Are pets allowed in accommodation?
No, pets are not allowed on campus.
What additional services are available on campus?
You can hire a 32” TV screen with monthly TV rental at 30€., book a cleaner, hire a storage locker or even rent an indoor or outdoor parking space. You can order any of these services on the Ecla Campus app or by asking at reception for more information. We also provide Linen + Towels at an extra cost of 20€.
How are the apartments furnished?
All is subject to the type of flat you have. Every single apartment (except Friends Flats) include a fully-equipped kitchen with a table-bar and chairs, a private bathroom, a bedroom space with a Tediber mattress and a working space with desk and storage space.
Is a Guarantor required to book a room?
For ECLA Campus, a guarantor is not required.
