It is equipped with a conventional oven, a microwave, a hob, a kettle, a coffee maker, a fridge and all the necessary crockery. For your convenience, the kitchen also has a dishwasher.The apartment has two bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm double beds. Sleeping areas are furnished with wardrobes which also provide shelving space. Shower rooms are en-suite and fitted with large walk-in showers, washbasins, lighted mirrors and heated towel rails ; for your convenience, washing machine.Entrance will be by appointment from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 18:00. The departure will be done by appointment from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:00. A supplement of 175 € will be asked to the tenant for : - Any entry or exit of the premises outside the time slots indicated above. - Any entry or exit of the premises on Saturdays.After the booking confirmation, you have 48h to send the requested documents by the owner (to him).
