Through the window you can look out over the southern enclosure. The room has a sink with cold water. It is on the ground floor.Master Bedroom - This room (4 x 3.1 metres) is on the ground floor and is accessible via a common hall. The bedroom has two single beds. The window looks out over the southern terrace. This room can use a sink in a separate part of the hall.Children's Room - This room (4 x 3.1) is on the ground floor and is accessible from the master bedroom. The window looks out over the southern enclosure. This room has a sink with cold water, a wardrobe and a single bed (90x200). A crib is available on request.Colored Room - Finally there is a bedroom (4.4 x 3.0 meters) with two single beds (90 x 200). In spring you can rest comfortably under the flowering plum trees. The old vine against the rough stones of Les Balayres gives a romantic southern atmosphere. It is the ideal place for sunbathing or playing.The large doors of the living room open onto a spacious and green terrace behind Les Balayres. This terrace is surrounded by lavender. The benches under the lime trees offer a privileged place to drink your coffee in the evening sun.The Domaine de Sivas covers about 70 hectares and you can go hiking there. There is a lot to discover: forest paths, animal tracks (rabbits, foxes, deer, badgers, wild boars), surprising views, forest birds, wild orchids and you might even meet the shepherd with his flock .
