Le Cinq, charming studio in the heart of town. Entirely renovated and decorated with care, it can accommodate up to two travellers. Due to its central location, Le Cinq is the ideal apartment to discover Nantes and its treasures.With a surface area of 26 m², Le Cinq is located on the fifth floor with elevator in a very nice building. It is arranged as follows : -an entrance hall leading to a shower room and separate WC. You will also have at your disposal a washing machine, a drying rack as well as an iron and an ironing board. -a very well-equipped kitchen to allow you to prepare good small dishes : fridge, induction hob, kettle, toaster, combi oven, Nespresso machine and many kitchen utensils. -a lounge area, with a flat screen television, internet connection and a desk. At nightfall, the living room is transformed into a night space thanks to a retractable bed (140X200), which saves space during the day. For your comfort, a sliding partition has been installed between the kitchen and the living room to allow total darkness. Le Cinq is also equipped with curtains or blinds on each of the windows.The Cocoonr Agency The accommodation Le Cinq is managed by the Cocoonr Agency and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.Neighbourhood and transport By staying at Le Cinq, you benefit from a privileged location : a pedestrian area for your greatest pleasure. Thus, from the foot of the building, you can see the entrance to the famous Pommeraye passage. You can also stroll and discover the many shops in the rue Crébillon or observe the majestic Opera House on Place Graslin. You can also choose to visit the Natural History Museum or discover the Cambronne course which are 5 min away. For walkers, getting to the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany takes no more than fifteen minutes. To eat and enjoy your stay, you can count on the many restaurants, brasseries and cafés in the town centre. As for transport : everything is there ! Buses C1,C3,C6,23,26 and 11 are 2 minutes walk away, stop "Saint Nicolas". Tram lines 1, 2 and 3 are a 5-minute walk from the "Commerce" stop.By taking the tram at Commerce line 1, you can reach the train station in 10 minutes. For the airport, shuttles are available from the train station. And if you decide to explore the city by bike, Bicloo (self-service bike) stations are available throughout the city (one station is just two minutes from your apartment).
