You will only have to go down one staircase to reach the beach. It's the ideal place to enjoy the sweetness of the Marseille life: beaches, hikes in the Calanques...This pretty little house of 40 m2 is located in a quiet street, above the beach. It is an old fisherman's cottage refurbished to offer you more comfort (air conditioning, internet). You will be charmed by its authenticity, its incredible sea view and the sound of the waves. You enter the main room composed of a living room, a dining table and an open kitchen. On your left, a bathroom with bathtub. At the back of the house, the sleeping area with a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet offering plenty of storage space. Important to note: The house is located on a common area shared by 3 houses. To access it, you have to pass in front of the neighboring house. Everyone can enjoy the space in front of his house.
