You have no hidden costs when you book with us, your rental payment includes your heating, water, internet, contents insurance, gym membership and events on site. You will just need to pay per wash at the onsite launderette it is £1.60 for a dry and £2.80 for a wash*. You will also need to pay for a TV license if you require one.

You don’t need to pay anything at the time of booking! However, you will need to pay a £100 deposit and £150 first rent instalment in August prior to moving into your accommodation (please give us a call for the exact date this is due, or visit your portal if you already have a booking with us). The £100 deposit is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy subject to contractual obligations.

Flats: Your bedroom will have a 3/4 bed (mattress provided) with under bed storage, a desk with drawer storage space and desk chair, wardrobe, shelving, and an en-suite containing a shower, toilet and sink. Studios: Studios come with a double bed (mattress provided) with under the bed storage. There is a desk area and desk chair with draws. We also provide a sofa and coffee table for a relaxing space! Wardrobes and shelving are also provided. All studios are en-suite and also come with a kitchenette. The kitchenettes contain 2 hob plates, a fridge freezer and a combined – microwave oven and grill.

We know how important an internet connection is to everyone and here so we’ll keep you connected. A wired broadband internet connection point (remember to bring an ethernet cable) and up to 100mb WiFi is standard in every room and is included in your weekly rent.
