Upon arrival it was very disorganised. I had paid for a platinum en-suite and upon moving is 3+ months my windows are break leaving my room freezing, the door frame swollen and did not shut properly

Much better than campus accommodation plus the social space is really nice! Plenty of events are held in the social space
