No Visa No Pay Policy!
If your Singapore student visa is rejected, you can cancel your Singroost booking (if you haven’t moved in yet) and get a refund by following these steps:
- Apply within 3 days of receiving the visa rejection letter.
- Fill out a cancellation form (request it from Singroost).
- Email the request from your own email to services@singroost.sg.
- Attach:
- Passport biodata page
- Visa rejection letter
- Completed cancellation form
After verification, your tenancy will be cancelled and deposit/rent will be refunded.
Important notes:
- Registration fee and stamp duty are non-refundable
- Bank charges are your responsibility
- Refund process takes about 14 working days (may take longer in some cases)
