Paid parking in the area just outside the building, restaurants, gardens, museums, the Tagus River, schools and universities, all within walking distance. It has been carefully decorated to serve the most demanding guests looking for an exclusive space. It has two bedrooms with a double bed, two bathrooms (one suite), balcony, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing and drying machines, oven, stove, all appliances, heating, free internet. Time Out Market was designed to offer space and comfort, accommodating a maximum capacity for 6 people. The water and power bills are included in the month's rent, in a maximum of 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also. The price includes, once per month, a complete cleaning of the apartment and laundry service.
