It consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds, 2 bedrooms - one with 2 and one with 3 comfortable single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cubicle, a guest toilet and a balcony with a view of the garden.The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove (4-plate ceramic hob) with exhaust air, an oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, a fridge with freezer compartment and, of course, plenty of dishes.In addition, the apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV, a music system and a hairdryer, as well as free internet access via WiFi.Washing machine, iron and ironing board in the basement of the house are available to our guests free of charge.Bed linen and towels can be provided if required.You can find parking for your car in our private parking lot in front of the house or at any time on the roadside.Pets are only allowed on request, 300 euros will be charged for the entire stay. About 50 meters from the house there is a bus stop for a direct bus route to Koblenz City. You can reach the city in this way in about 10 minutes to directly behind the Koblenz old town and in the middle of the Koblenz shopping center.It is also a good idea to walk along the banks of the Rhine from the house or go up and down the Rhine by bike.
