Our furnished apartment "Kumpel Erich" is located just a minute's walk from Lake Phönix in a 100-year-old house in a traditional working-class district. It was recently renovated and has modern furnishings.On 62 square meters, the apartment offers you everything you need for a relaxed stay in Dortmund. All you have to do is move in. A fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook something. Pots, a pan, salt & pepper are also there. Of course you can also enjoy a coffee or tea. Plates, bowls and cutlery are also available. A table can be used as a desk or dining table. The private spacious daylight bathroom offers a large shower, toilet and sink with mirror. A hair dryer is available. It is now the trendiest area in Dortmund. Today the Phoenix Lake is a local recreation area with restaurants. You can eat and drink here until late in the evening. It is only about 200m away and can therefore be reached on foot.The Sparkassen Academy can be reached on foot in 5-7 minutes.The Warsteiner Music Hall is very close by.The Westfalenstadion (Signal Iduna Park) is easy to reach.The trade fair (Westfalenhallen) is right next to the Westfalenstadion and is also easy to reach.
