Our apartments are divided into an entrance area with cloakroom, open kitchen and dining area, adjoining living area and a separate bedroom. These modern apartments are complemented by a chic bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating, the windows are triple-glazed and have electrically controllable external blinds. In the entrance area there is a built-in cupboard equipped with an ironing board, an iron, a rotary clothes dryer, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. The fitted kitchen of course has a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, oven and microwave, a ceramic hob and a Cafissimo coffee machine. There are pots, dishes, cups and glasses in the cupboards. The open living / dining area has a dining table with four chairs, the living area is equipped with a flat screen, a modern two-seater sofa, a living room table and a comfortable Rolf Benz armchair. The adjoining bedroom has a king size bed by Auping, a wardrobe and the second flat screen. The bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet has an additional towel radiator and a hairdryer. The apartments are thoroughly cleaned once a month, weekly cleaning is possible at an additional cost. With the train lines 16, 63 and 66 you can reach the city center and the main train station in a maximum of 20 minutes, by car in a maximum of 10 minutes. Line 16 connects Bonn and Cologne. The B9 in the direction of the city center is not just a connecting road, it is also where the so-called Museum Mile Bonn is located, which can be reached in a very short time via various train stops. If you want to enjoy nature, it is not far to the beautiful Rhine meadows directly on the Rhine. Not far from here you will find great restaurants and places with a direct view of the Rhine.
