Our 34-35 sqm Suites with sofa bed and terrace for stays over 28 nights have been furnished to our highest modern standards. The Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m) including a modern smart TV and a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. The pull-out sofa bed (1.60 m) can also accommodate another person in the Suite. The room layout is rounded off by your private terrace, where you can enjoy some sun. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in the shared laundry room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us in just one room.Thanks to our electronic access system via a keypad at the entrance of the house as well as at your apartment door, you can check in with us at any time after 3 pm - regardless of the opening hours of a reception or arrangements with the landlord. Our flats are located right in the heart of the romantic old town, which has made a name for itself as a climatic health resort. The numerous leisure activities and parks are usually only a few minutes' walk from our limehome. So nothing stands in the way of a hike to the famous Silberberg and the surrounding mine. Numerous restaurants and nice cafés also leave nothing to be desired from a gastronomic point of view. The Bodenmais train station is only 100 metres away on foot and therefore very easy to reach by public transport. All in all, you have ideal conditions in summer and winter to visit the pearl of the Bavarian Forest.
