When Asha’s restaurant first opened in Wafi City, Dubai back in 2002, it was with one purpose, to share with its diners Asha Bhosle’s passion for great Indian food. Since then they have opened restaurants around the world, including one in Manchester located on Peter Street in the heart of the city. Head chef Rajbir Singh grew up in Delhi and has spent many years training to an extremely high level with multiple highest-rated hotels in India before joining Asha’s in 2015.
