The BrewDog brand has a strong presence in the UK, with BrewDog Nottingham being one of the oldest pubs under the BrewDog banner in the UK. The rustic feel of this pub is further enhanced by the 100-year-old factory building this pub sits in. As the name suggests, BrewDog specialises in beer and fittingly so, has around 20 taps of the freshest craft beer. There’s also a deli fridge that they’re really proud of as it displays some of their favourite brews from around the globe.

A true legend in the Nottingham pub scene, The Cross Keys has built a fierce reputation over the past 200 years of its existence. Having been renovated several times over the years, the original charm and character of the first The Cross Keys is still intact. It has over 7 real ales on tap although there’s no ignoring craft beer at this Nottinghamian stalwart. The Cross Keys has cultivated an image of being a gastropub, owing to its delectable weekly specials of ‘Pie Night’ and ‘Steak Night’.

Malt Cross

First traces of the Malt Cross can be found in 1877. Ever since then, it has cared for punters by giving them an unforgettable experience every time they set foot in this pub. In 2014, it underwent a massive renovation that cost £1.4m. The finished product – a sterling pub with two more levels to accommodate more patrons. There’s also a cafe bar that doles out a good variety of hot and cold drinks. The bar is equally impressive with bottles of beer from all over the world and a handy selection of real ales.
