You omitted to cite Rock sole and plaice in Endell st Covent Garden which is officially Britain’s oldest surviving fish and chip restaurant, opened in 1871, and a favorite of royalty(Princess Diana) and Westend stars and performers and visiting presidents. It fed The servicemen and women throughout WW2. And in spite of this covid climate it survives.
