The apartement is located in a quiet street in the absolute center of Vienna, only 5 minute walk from Stephansplatz. Many shops, restaurants are in the immediate vincinity, you can also walk to the Opera, theatres and many museums and cultural venues. The apartment is over 130m2, apart from four bedrooms there is a living room, separate dining room that seats 8, kitchen and bathroom with WC as well as separate WC. It has hardwood floors and double windows that let in plenty of light. The appartment has two particularly quiet bedrooms facing an inner courtyard (with 160x200 size beds), as well as a sofabed in the library room (also 160x200). There is also a bunk bed ideal for kids. Some toys and books for kids are also available as well as a large library with english and german books. Our place is right in the center of the historic first district of Vienna, formerly the placed enclosed by city walls during medieval times. Our street is very peaceful and quiet, yet within walking distance of many of Vienna's major attractions, as well as shops and restaurants. If you rent with us, we have a cleaning lady who can come 3h/week. The price (200€ per month) is included in the monthly rent. Please be advised of the following: - It is required that tenants dispose of a household insurance, which can cover any accidental damage to the apartment or its contents. - Please leave the furniture where it is as much as possible, and if you do move things around please put them back in the original position before you move out. - The apartment is intended for the use of the tenant and for the agreed upon number of residents. - The security deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded in full if there is no damage to the apartment, with the exception of normal wear and tear due.
